How does my order get sent?

We package each order with care in a sturdy box (for the kits) or sometimes soft mailer (for yarn-only orders). Keep your eyes open when you get the package - sometimes we slip in a little surprise!

When will my order be sent?

Unless it's a pre-order, which are clearly shown as such when you place your order, we generally fill orders within 4 days, weekends and holidays excepted. Rest assured you will be in that happy knitting place soon!

How do I track my order?

You will be sent a tracking code once the order is fulfilled. If you can’t locate it or still have questions contact us at support@tdknitter.com

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to the United States and Canada only.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept all credit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, Venmo, Shop Pay and Afterpay if you'd like to pay in installments.

Do you have a subscription kit offer?

Not at this time, however we are putting together a line up of amazing kits as we speak and if you are subscribed to our email list you will be the first to know!

Are there any charitable causes you believe in?

Yes! We think that cute babies in red hats couldn't be a sweeter cause! In 2014 the American Heart Foundation launched a "Little Hats, Big Hearts" campaign in which knitters knit and donate red hats for newborn babies to spread the word about the two most common birth defects in the US: heart disease and congenital heart defects. This is something we can all participate in year-round! If you want to join us please use cotton or acrylic red yarn in a medium to heavy weight. Make sure it will be washable and dryable. You can contact your local American Heart Association office for deadlines and more info.

If I need to make a return, what’s your policy?

If you’re unhappy with your order or have received defective merchandise, please contact us. We accept returns or exchanges in unused pristine condition within 30 days of receipt of your order. For a more in-depth look, please visit our Returns Policy page.
